I once saw him in the cafe attached to the big Tesco near me in East Ham in the late evening, I can only assume it was something show related. We release prisoners early all the time. These would have been prisoners who were due for release anyway.
Clearly the solution is to lock prisoners up for life.
The chronic underfunding of infrastructure in this country is insane.
New prisons should have been built to ears ago seeing as the Tories don’t believe in a correctional system based on rehabilitation.
Same with our reservoirs.
The reason why we have a hose pipe ban after 3 days of sunshine despite having 2 solid months of rain before is that the last time we built a new reservoir was back in the 90s but the population has grown 10m since then.
