Not sure I’d call a goal in a match we didn’t win decisive although I guess you’re right in that it decided the result. Just feels like it’s giving the 1 goal cunt too much credit
That run he had where he came off the bench was decent, but there was a good reason he found himself on the bench in the first place.
It’s proving to be decisive because it was against City(which turned out to be our title rivals this season) and if I recall correctly there was a lot of pressure on Arteta and the boys at the time with Liverpool looking like they could run away with it again.
Still, pretty poor return all things considered. Practically being carried by his cup output this season.
For his sake that better not dry up now that we’re deeper into those competitions and the opposition has gotten tougher.
