Martinelli’s one crazy scoring season a couple years back when he scored 15 or sth feels like a dream tbh. Guy can’t seem to score to save his life lately.

Workrate always good but must work on his end product. Consistency is what he desperately lacks.
Should’ve done better with that left footed effort but he’s actually been one of our better players in the first half.
Great cross for that Trossard header and set up Rice twice earlier too.
Araujo can’t deal with him.
Hasn’t been good enough this season. He looks sharp today though.
He has consistency.

Looked really good in the first half an hour, he even remembered he’s Brazilian and had Hakimi looking silly on a couple occasions.
That was it though. Dude checked out after that, but he didn’t do so before doing his trademark “carry the ball out of field”.
