what do you think it means? Jorge Mendes initiated the transfer?
I’m not sure about the quality of his right foot but statistically he uses it fairly frequently compared to most left footers as the footedness diagram in this picture shows.

I’m curious to see how it worked in practice, how involved was he etc . I guess since he had a release clause Porto weren’t needed at all in discussions

His release clause was apparently 50m and we negotiated a lower fee.
I wonder whether this was one of those players that Mendes owned part of.

Hi everyone, hope all of you are doing well. As someone who watches a lot of the Portuguese league, I wanted to provide some insight into new signing Fabio Vieira. Alongside his team mates Otavio and Vitinha, he’s an incredible talent and someone Liverpool’s highly successful scouting network have been following closely for the last 12 months. I’d love to hear your thoughts and am happy to answer any questions you may have in mind. Very exciting move which all Arsenal supporters should be excited above.
