I want him to be more present and take initiative.
So far he’s keeping things ticking which is fine but I want to see more from him. For starters, he should be positioning himself in and around the box when crosses come in.
As I said though I feel he’s just following instructions.

That’s fair but ESR could very likely have to fill that spot alone for the remainder of the season.
Again, I think ESR is following Arteta’s instructions so whatever concern I have falls on Arteta at the moment.
