Eddie Nketiah

It’ll be a nice title to hold once he’s playing in the Championship.

Then in 15 years when the next half decent forward that’s not quite good enough to play for England comes along he’ll get a nice little name check.

That’s the Spectrum.
Nketiah as a player is somewhere between Shearer and Jeffers

Don’t care how many goals he scores for the U21, I don’t see more than a low level EPL striker in this guy, simply doesn’t have enough strings to his bow IMO.

Not for us. Get rid of him and Laca and get a striker in.

Why?
So Mikel can play him on the right hand side of a midfield three???

Tragic how absolutely one dimensional all 3 of our strikers are isn’t it.

Wish we had a forward who was good on the ball. Every other top team has one except us.

At least Pepe has the ability to stand out against Molde.

Laca and Eddie are just as trash as they are in the league.

With performances like that, it won’t be long till Nketiah’s sold.

There’s some English premium here at least. I expect if we wanted to sell to a fellow rival (West Ham) we could send a highlight comp over and demand £30M~

If Brewster goes for £24m then the all time England u21 top scorer should go for at least £5-10m, I believe our board can get at least that much.

I do love that West Ham are always the first team we think of when we want to sell dross.

We do seriously need to think about moving him on though. His contract is up in 18 months, right? Would be nice to get at least £20m for him.

I’d extend his contract first. Strikers who always get chances usually end up scoring a lot after a while.

Doesn’t help that Arsenal fans are already telling him how shit he is on his Instagram page.

Yep, we need to protect the value of the asset here.

4 year deal, followed by a loan move to the Championship to see if he can establish himself as a consistent goalscorer at that level

Hopefully we can get decent fees from top championship / low level premier league clubs for Eddie and Willock.
