Valdes for a time was the best in the world for my money. Absolutely sensational pure goalkeeper in terms of shot stopping, reflexes, anticipation. Would have an entirely different perception were it not got Casillas being the main man for Spain
After the Sesko decision, we needed some good news today! Raya was fantastic last season and looking forward to those big hands again between the posts next season 
I’m very much of the view Valdes wouldn’t have been in that Barcelona team if he weren’t Catalan.
