Reluctant to comment on this as the article doesn’t specifically say what the threat is. Think though they definitely have a duty to explain it fully and produce the evidence.

But liase with the local security teams in the ground.

Iirc Pakistan were the first country to tour NZL after the Christchurch attack, which placed cricketers at direct threat.

And then they toured NZL during the height of COVID.

I’m not holding out hope that they’ll even make the intel or reasoning behind it public. Neighbouring Taliban rightly or wrongly probably have something to do with it unfortunately. The manner of it is a massive kick in the nuts though. Of course you can’t blame the team for following the advice of their government but I also can’t sit here simply rubbishing the political conspiracy theories around it either.

England New Zealand Australia and India should just play eachother only eachother all the time over and over again.

Everyone else might as well give up playing cricket.

The way money has corrupted so many sports is sickening.

Pakistan should not tour either of these countries until they tour Pakistan. No more doing these fat cats any favours and making them money.

Only organise tours and play countries that want to come like SL, SA, WI, Bangladesh.

And extend the PSL. Make bank.

Pakistan and WI toured England last year during the height of the pandemic. And we actually have vaccines now, which we didn’t have then.

I’d just be happy for Australia to start playing Test Cricket again, played 4 tests since Jan 2020 and no away tests since the 5th Test at the oval september 2019.
