I feel like the squad is coming together at the right time of the season. Lots of folks raising doubts over Norgaard for a while, but heā€™s shown his usefulness.

Weā€™ve got low stakes FA Cup and CL games coming up. Itā€™s so, so useful to have a very able backup come in and do a solid job. Resting key players like Rice, Saka and Saliba is so vital to ensuring we are healthy from March - May.

How many times has Arteta run guys into the ground because the backups were gash? Arteta trusts him enough to use him. Donā€™t think heā€™s ever been able / willing to do this for multiple positions.
