Barca are a club steeped in history. You can see why a player of a certain level would want to wait it out for a team such as them.
Chelsea doesn’t really look like an ideal destination in most cases. They would obviously still have a pull but I think their stock has decreased somewhat recently.
If Barca had their shit together they’d bring in Hazard and have a new trident of him, Messi and Dembele with Suarez there as depth.
