There’s a theme amongst Chelsea managers. Mourinho used to say there was a campaign against Chelsea too, he used to describe them as the “little horse” battling against big horses

Hope they get the book fully thrown at them.
They’re kind of screwed either way. If they get leeway and have this summer to reinforce and overhaul, is Roman prepared to spend hundreds of millions? Or, if they’re given no room to manoeuvre, they are effectively stuck with a team full of half hearted snakes.
Knowing them, they will manage to sell Hazard, Willian and Luiz for £500M

Well surprise that fifa are incompetent. They should have a week to file a complaint at most.
Could be wrong here but think the appeals process goes through the CAS which FIFA don’t have any control over.
If the ban stays Chelsea will loan players for top prices to see them over the Two seasons that if Romain still likes to chuck money around
