I don’t understand why Martinelli can only play so little. Wasn’t his injury just a cut?

Either it’s still not healed and can’t play and risk an infection or it’s healed and he can play just fine.

Let’s not get carried away. We just need a win ahead of Bayern on Tuesday and Villa at the weekend. 1-0 suits us just fine. Obviously if we can win by a greater margin great, but we just need to take each game as it comes and focus on the result. We are not the ones chasing goal difference atm.

Me too, but Brighton are a good team. They are going to give us a game and we will have Tuesday our minds. We want a nice easy win today.

We can’t go into every game thinking we are going to destroy a team 5-0. Just need to focus on the win and leave something in the tank for Tuesday.

What’s with Kiwior being benched? Zinchenko against Lamptey worries me.

Zinchenko is our starting LB, it’s as simple as that. Kiwior did a good stand in job though, well done Jakub.

We may be saving him for Tuesday tbh. Zinny offers something different to Kiwior. Hopefully we get a good strong start in the match and get our passing game going.
