Bret Hart Was Quite Good

Has Jey Uso opted to challenge Gunther? (Haven’t seen Raw/Smackdown since RR)

Yep

Jey picked Gunther
Charlotte picked Tiffany

This was such an uninspiring RR winner pick btw

(Should read just Charlotte, lol)

She took it(politicking) from her daddy

Loved that match! Went on a little WWE vault binge the other day, some great stuff.

I loved it when they added the 3 stages of hell to the older WWE games too… Good times

That’s fine. Most people called him Ricky anyway so that stays.

I wonder who he’s talking about…

Who the fuck even is this guy?

I don’t care about this Ricky Starks loser but Edge is one of the most overrated wrestlers of all time.

The shittiest spear ever, he always just looked weak and the fact he’s a multi time Rumble winner and multi time world champion who’s still somehow a main event player in his 50s is a stain in my eyes.

I always found it really, really weird when I heard that Edge became a main eventer. I enjoyed his tag team work as a kid, but never saw him as being anything more than part of a fun, daring duo. Then after I stopped watching I saw he was like one of the main guys?! Definitely made me think it must be a bit of a dead era.

My favourite thing about OA Wrestling is that whenever Edge is mentioned or even implied(like in this situation), everyone unites to shit on him.

Christian > Edge

Put it this way, Edge being a main eventer and winning so many belts means he’s been in a shit load of feuds.

I barely remember any of them except Cena.

Edge is better but it’s very small. Not much difference between them.

Christian also had an atrocious finisher.

Definitely. Christians work in AEW has been a hell of a lot of fun too.

More detailed quote from SRS:

"What happened with Tony Khan and Shane McMahon?

Shane McMahon and Tony Khan met, but no deal was reached.

Fightful and Wrestletalk reported in the Summer of 2024 that Shane McMahon and Tony Khan met in Texas. Since then, we’ve heard of no follow up or plan to work together.

On February 20, former WWE broadcaster Jonathan Coachman said he had details about the meeting

Andrew Baydala appropriately summarized it on X, saying “Today on the Coach & Bro show- @Thecoachrules stated that Shane McMahon, during the meeting that he asked for with Tony Khan, Shane asked for equity in the company(#AEW), & Shane wanted to come in and run the entire show. Jonathan Coachman then stated Tony Khan “ghosted” McMahon.”

We can’t verify the request for equity. However, we’ve heard a lot more about the meeting between the two sides.

According to a source close to Shane McMahon, Khan did not follow up with Shane. That source also claimed that they couldn’t speak on the desire for equity, but that is seemed like Shane McMahon did want to “run things” but didn’t have the product knowledge or familiarity with AEW or their business model. That source close to McMahon also said that Shane didn’t seem to take it personally that Khan didn’t follow up after that, and that it seemed like Khan almost thought Shane was joking when he mentioned the possibility of running everything."
