What you think of Hrgovic v Itauma
Big test for Moses because Hrgovic has a solid chin and the durability to go the full 12.
I favour Moses though I do think he’s the future champ
Think he outworks Hrgovic fairly easily but he’s a good test. Would definitely get some rounds in. If he’s not still overloaded on drugs, Big Baby Miller would be a good test.
Dubois has binned Don Charles.
Jake Paul is going to get whooped lol
Will probably be a six rounder. Doubt Tank gets a KO. Probably will be in the contract anyway.
Tank is wasting his career. Let’s see what weight he comes in at.
I mean I know money talks but I’m so disappointed in Gervonta lol
Guy has never given a shit about anything but money unfortunately
People are really pushing the Itauma fight on Usyk and he has absolutely done nothing to earn it.
Hasn’t beaten a single top 10 HW or come close to challenging any of the top guys.
He is way off he should not be looking at that fight whatsoever
I think it is a poor match up but it appears to be what the audience want. Usyk is a mile above everybody in the division (although I still think a fully focused Fury is on the same level). There is little interest nor is there big money in Usyk destroying Parker or Kabayel. There is also no point for Usyk.
The money fight is Fury. The intrigue fight is Itauma. I could see a Usyk vs Itauma fight being similar to Wlad vs Lewis- the lineal vs the next in line. Of course, Wlad was already established but Lewis beating the next in charge was a great way for him to end his career.
There’s next to no interest in a Fury-Usyk trilogy. Seen nothing but negative comments on it. Only deluded Fury fans think he deserves a third fight. You can’t lose decisively twice and then expect a third fight. He was saved from a stoppage in the 9th round of the first fight and was soundly beaten in the rematch. Joshua was sent on a career rebuild when he lost back to back to Usyk feels unfair that Fury shouldn’t have to do the same thing especially given he’d got such a weak resume and has barely ever fought a top 10 HW.
The fights the HW division should be focusing on:
Parker-Usyk (he’s earned it)
Joshua-Fury (still the market)
Itauma-Dubois (think that’s the benchmark fight for Itauma)
Chisora-Wilder (retirement fight for both men)
If not Parker then certainly Kabayel.
You mean Vitali right?
Absolutely. This Battle of Britain still needs to happen at some point. Seems to me the most interesting fight either fighter could have now. Feel like most people still want an answer to that question.
Don’t want to see either against Usyk again.
Yes, Vitali. I agree, Fury doesn’t deserve the rematch, but let’s be honest bar maybe Chisora, Fury is the only boxer to take multiple rounds off Usyk.
Nobody wants to see Kabayel or Parker in there. I agree, the Fury trilogy isn’t near top of any boxing fans list. Itauma is probably the people’s choice despite him not being ready.
Fury vs Joshua is the fight but both need a victory to really build it up with both coming off losses. I don’t mind Itauma fighting Franklin or Miller.
A fight against Parker does nothing for Usyk really.
Why doesn’t someone just finish this Jake Paul wanker, would go down in history as a legend
There’s no greater example of how corrupt boxing is that Itauma is rated number 1 by two sanctioning bodies and that makes him mandatory for Usyk.
He hasn’t even beaten a single guy in the top 10.
Kabayel, Parker are the two obvious people who should be way ahead of him in the pecking order.
@SRCJJ Tonight is the night!
Really interesting.
Shame I’m at work tomorrow and can’t stay up
Think Canelo is too big and too strong and am expecting a stoppage. Huge task for bud, but if anybody can, he can.
