I doubt that when he can make more money being in the CL and winning things, no businessman no matter how much you hate them is gonna aim low.

I get the point about spending, but why on earth does the club never manage to sell any of the players who clearly aren’t good enough? Xhaka and Bellerin for example, are two players you could get rid of and still receive quite a lot of money for.
Perez, Campbell, Welbeck and other clowns should have been sold years ago.
