Unless its a specific assignment to shut down a particularly dangerous LW, I’m happy to see the end of Timber (and other right footers) at LB.
Saliba, White, and Timber for two positions on the right. Get somebody new in next summer to play the Tomiyasu role of cup and emergency minutes.
Gabriel, Califiori, and MLS for two positions on the left. Kiwior absorbing cup and emergency minutes.
Zinny and Tomi to leave next summer.
Given our left backs tend to be the ones inverting and not overlapping hardly I don’t think it matters too much personally.
Timber also been fire on the left making deep runs even being the furthest forward, so would be happy with him there. White is solid on the right.
He’s like Tomiyasu. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that both had played in midfield when they were younger and are so comfortable on either side now. Kiwior is another one who played on the other side.

Not sure he would get back in my team at the moment. I prefer Timber at RB, and MLS is making that LB spot his own.
Timber hasn’t been his best since Newcastle. I think White coming back would be a very welcome addition to get back to rotating. I’d also like to see White playing CB more again and take some load off of Saliba.
Nah it’s an old one I’m sure, they’ve just thrown any picture of white in there but he is back.
I dont mean this in a bad way as he’s a very important player for us but I totally forgot we were missing him.

It’s good that he’s back but it does mean I’m going to have to put up with the cringe that comes from people calling him Benny Blanco.
