I’d imagine that neither Wenger nor Mourinho wanted Mourinho involved in that picture. There’s genuinely enmity between them, on a real personal level. Wenger and Fergie locked horns plenty and the rivalry was very real, but I don’t think it was as deeply personal as Wenger and Mourinho. I genuinely think they despise each other.
Fergie probably wanted to get him in the picture because he thought it was the classy thing for the Man United manager to do, because it would reflect better on Man United as a club if he did the magnanimous thing and paid a bit of respect.
I don’t think not wanting to get involved makes Mourinho a cunt. I respect someone far more for sticking by their principles/opinions/feelings. If Mourinho had bowled straight over with a big grin and tried to act like Arsène’s best friend after some of the fairly awful things he’s said about him in the past he’d have been a far bigger cunt in my eyes.
It’s like all this handshakes before a match shit, people getting up in arms about players or managers not shaking hands. If you hate someone and have a bad history, why the fuck should you be fake and shake their hand like you respect them? People made a huge deal out of Bridge/Terry, Evra/Suarez not shaking hands, surely what would have been noteworthy is if they had shaken hands?!

Seems like that would be to spite those people rather than for them.
Bit annoying Wenger’s leaving announcement came after May’s television schedule so Sky and BT aren’t showing it!!

Don’t think they can. Due to the short notice.
They haven’t announced GW38 tho so Sky will probably show our away game to Huddersfield as well with it being Wenger’s last game Huddersfield are involved in a relegation battle.
Well its a fuck all game in all honesty.
Most of our games in the league have been fuck all games, yet almost 30 of them have been selected for TV – though this side of the season, i’m almost certain they chose our games, particularly the away ones, for the potential comedy value

Lots have been shown probably due to the fact we play on Sunday’s a lot due to our Europa League commitments, as we know Sunday’s have a less hectic schedule.
