Very professional Job, could have been tricky in the 2nd but once we got Miki and Iwobi on we looked more dangerous. Auba could have had more then two tonight. Utd Game caught up with Xhaka and Ramsey by the middle of the 2nd half. Mustafi had his dodgy moment or two in the 2nd. AMN was great again especially in the 1st half. The only minus a few of our players picked up a few useless yellow cards.
But bring on the QF, we go again. Another clean sheet too which is great.
Do cards get wiped clean this round or the next?
3 Spanish teams still in this competition, would take a trip to Spain next tbh, less intensive on the squad.

I know they do in the CL. I don’t know about the EL.
I know it’s only Rennes, but I’m glad my record of starting match threads for ‘important’ games continues to reap some rewards :kos2:
Also makes a pleasant change of overturning a deficit in Europe! Looking forward to the next round as we get into the business end of the competition. Nervy in the end, but the great start ultimately did the job perfectly.
