Until yesterday we couldn’t. Was a valuable point we got in keeping city behind us, a draw with Newcastle themselves was always key to keeping them behind.
Now it should do both, assuming saints don’t ruin it all on the last day!

If we win against Newcastle by even 1 goal margin, it’s settled. City are not scoring 11 goals against Bournemouth & Fulham. They have not been in their high scoring form recently.

You’d also have to add on at least on more goal to our goal difference, as we’d need to beat Southampton for this to go to goal difference (assuming City win all remaining games)

If Arsenal also wins against Southampton, then GD is irrelevant. Arsenal will be at 74 and City at 71. (Unless you meant in a scenario we lose against Newcastle)
