The only jinx you need to worry about is when I’m not at the screen watching the game for many reasons

please tell your boy Zubimendi not to gift goals or fouls in dangerous places.

let’s get to Wembley with as few scars as possible haha.

Zubi isn’t going to let us down!

£500 fine.

Matchday.

I fancy Gyokeres to get a goal tonight, I think he might get a bit of the space he needs if Chelsea have to chase the tie.

Could a third consecutive start for Havertz be too much, too soon?

I’d fancy Odegaard for this and bring Havertz on later if he’s needed.

Quite possibly. I just feel Arteta really rates the Havertz experiment in midfield and could see him doing it again, for the first half at least.

But yeah, his fitness needs to be monitored, especially with Merino now out. Starting Odegaard and maybe not even needing Havertz could well be an option.

Then use Havertz again vs Sunderland.

Gyok has 4 in his last 6 I’m really hoping he can keep the momentum going. Feel like the rotation with Jesus has really helped ease the pressure on him

Huge game. Massive. I really think game could be a kind of a stepping stone, start of a new era.

For Chelsea.

For us it’s Tuesday.

Just finish the job and get on with the real competitions. :+1:

Not sure I fully buy that for a squad that hasn’t won a trophy of any kind yet, especially at a club that’s won nothing for 6 years. We’ve got to get over the line somewhere and it would be ideal to do that in March before the big prizes are decided.

By the way, I feel pretty certain it’ll be Kepa in goal, make your peace with it now.

Kepa

White Saliba Gabriel Calafiori

Rice Zubi

Madueke Ode Trossard

Gyok

Havertz off the bench if needed

These cunts will come with a lot of aggression, get in our faces with their fake hardmen bullshit, some rough fouls etc. We just have to say calm, not get dragged into their shenanigans and just let our quality show.

i was more confident after our win at Stamford bridge, not so much after United win at Emirates.

Looks like Saka will miss Sunderland and Brentford as well.

Hopefully Madueke can start cooking in his place

A pleasure to pull on the last shirt we wore through a winning cup campaign.
