Injuries and general lack of depth is clear. Rice and Partey should be on the bench. But no one to play RB with that. White and Tomi just not available. Timber needs a rest after the knock. Better to be safe there. Same with Saka. You could rest Rice but that would mean J20 as the lone DM with with Nwaneri or Trossard moving into MF to play alongside Zinny. Then you start Sterling. The options aren’t great.

Looking forward to my trip there for the Women’s ECL match next Saturday now. First time in the North Bank since my first game at the Emirates which was the second competitive game at the ground when it still smelled of new concrete.
