I like Rogers but heā€™d be another eze out wide. Not really fit for it even though he can play there, more of an athletic CAM.

I want a proper left winger, Barcola is the most realistic but Iā€™d test the water for vini or kvara first. Yes Iā€™m aware theyā€™re highly unlikely and crazy money.

Villa mostly play Rogers on the left wing. He is the closest thing we could get to Saka on the left as he likes to cut inside. Eze is a 10 IMO and I think thatā€™s his best position. Iā€™m not adverse to someone like Barcola, but I think whatever we do on the left wing depends on what happens with Trossard.

I canā€™t get behind the idea of this transfer. Leaving aside the fact that I still think Martinelli is the better player, I canā€™t bare the thought of having a player who walks around with his mouth open all the time, and wears a head bandā€¦two huge red flags!

Gordon showed he is an effective attacking player when he played alongside Isaak but heā€™s often injured so to do straight swap with Martinelli, rather than strengthen the depth of quality in the LW position, is pointless.

Only benefits for me would be an FFP fudge, and additional English player for registration rules.
