Such a frustrating player man, thought he turned the page the psst year but he was genuinely awful for Portugal during the break and his form form Milan recently hasnāt been great either.

I havenāt seen enough of the player but this is a pretty damming assessment. He seems to be linked with a big money moveā¦personally, if we are spending Ā£100m+ on a player, I want us to sign Wirtz.

Iām not in favour of any player who wants to join us primarily for a good payday. I donāt expect all of our players to be Arsenal fans but I do want them to want to play for us and not play us off against other contract offers. Thatās why Declan Rice saying he wanted to play for a āproper clubā (i.e. not City) convinced me he was the right signing.
