One Johan then please.

Please Sterling

I’d take Sterling really.

Btw it hurts seeing Neto doing well atm…
Was my first pick for a winger for most of the last season… He is a gamble though, not sure I’d take it.

Going back to Sterling, I really think Arteta could extrude a lot out of him. Some loan or a 1-2 year deal wouldn’t kill us.

And 29 yr old Sterling can’t be compared to that Willian scrub we got a few years back.

I think Arteta can get a tune out of him. He’s better than current Martinelli that’s for sure.

Wouldn’t mind him coming here to get some sweet revenge against his former clubs too.

He’s just as bad

People must have been watching a different player than I was last season

He did start last season strong tbf and then he dropped off.

I’ll always give him that he seemed to up his game several levels when playing against City. Tells me there’s still a player somewhere but the motivation isn’t there.

He did well mostly against lesser teams

He is on the decline as a player and its been evident for years

Not an exciting signing for me

For what is worth, I’m unsure if the setting here would be the right one for him too.
Be interesting to see where he actually lands.

If we’re scraping the barrel I could take him, he could potentially be useful here and there but yeah I was hoping for a shiny new player man

I’m feeling we are doing exactly that atm lol

ā€œAnything better than nothingā€ is the moto for me atm.
We just need a warm body Arteta trusts more than Nelson.

Only on loan if its Sterling, he can go from exile to our bench and maybe provide some crucial relief if saka/marti/trossard are injured or off it.

Would rather go for someone like Bakayoko permanently.

We shouldn’t be in this position where we have to consider an expensive gamble like Sterling.

We knew last season that we needed a left winger or a backup to Saka. This should have been sorted by now.

Gun to head, Sterling or Malen?

He was in Arsenal’s academy, that’s what @Bl1nk is referring too.
