Fair enough I don’t understand it much, I just read the point somewhere about us not being able to do it and assumed that to be the case.
Even though I’ve been defending accountants in litigation claims for 20 years and have picked up a bit of knowledge along the way…I still need a forensic accounting expert to talk me through the complexities and a top accountancy solicitor to fight my clients’ corner in court.
I’ve seen some amazingly poorly pleaded cases by claimants who ignore advice based on something their mate said down the pub or because of an unflinching confidence that they know best.
I feel your pain.
I don’t think that word means what you think it means.
dying at this though
I know there’s two meanings to the word, and I think it’s best for you if your wife is fucking around behind your back.
Disclaimer: please take this as a joke as is was intended to be
Are they going to sexually assault* Nico Williams in Ibiza?

You better get yourself over to the La Liga offices sharpish, Mr Williams.
Oh I’m familiar with that meaning. Not sure it makes any sense in the context. It’s very sad that a mod on this Board is so thin skinned.
I doubt Nico happens atm, but who knows…
Other than that, I really wouldn’t mind Sterling at this point.
I think he could be like a Jorginho-esque situation for us.
We know he’s not anywhere near his prime perfomances atm, but doesn’t need to be. He would make an almost ideal short term solution atm.
His wages could be an issue though.
I definitely believe Arteta could get him back on track and get him somewhat close to his City performances. No one has really performed lately in that sewer of a club Chelsea… Jorginho, Havertz, Kovacic… They all did pretty good after leaving Chelsea, I don’t see why Sterling wouldn’t.
Sterling was only ever really good under pep with city creating 500000 chances a game so he could miss enough and still get 20 PL goals.
Don’t fancy watching that duff finishing here, we got that already with Jesus and gabi.
Arteta made it sound like not an option in his presser anyway.
Another 2 goals for Viktor Gyokeres tonight so far, doesn’t seem like a one season wonder
Really want to see him get a big move
Hes potentially a top three striker in the world hiding in plain sight.
He just bagged a hatrick
been saying for ages we should be looking at him…White knows him well, maybe he can put in a good word. There has been rumors we are in for him. Maybe he is who we are keeping our ‘powder dry’ for.
Do you think we should sign him? Or do you think there is a better striker out there?
The issue is getting him out of Sporting. It’s going to be such a big number that the transfer has to work (unless you’re City, PSG, Newcastle, etc.). We could argue about what it means to have the transfer “work” but you can’t pay 80m+ for a guy and have him score 5 league goals in a season or something like that.
3 goals now , I would love us to sign Gyokeres has to be now cos his price will sky rocket next season, unfortunately can’t see it happening
I’m open, still think Isak is the one. I don’t think we sign a striker this summer. I think that will be our priority next summer to replace Jesus.
How much do you think he’d cost? Transfermarkt has him at 65m I think? Sporting probably would want way more right?
I think his release clause is between €80 and € 90 million so i suppose that’s payable in one go otherwise pay more and spread the cost.
