Arsenal transfers 25/26

Whilst I think he would be a great signing, I’m worried about the possible transfer fee and wages demand on the back of the recent global interest in him

I truly believe we will soare above Everton in the league if we sign him.

I think he’s an Everton level player

You would certainly think his price would be soaring after the Copa America he just had. But I’d really rather they spent big on him than on Zaha. We’ll see if they can pull it off.

Edu about to do a madness and save our summer.
Gabriel Martinelli needs a mate. Torriera could do with a South American buddy.
I’m sold on this transfer already :stuck_out_tongue:

It fits in with my “BUY ALL THE PLAYERS” policy, so works for me.

To sum up what was said by big Dave on Arsecast; the only player we’re close to signing is Saliba, who we’re not keeping. Good times.

That’s as good as reading a spoiler before watching a series :open_mouth:

Back to my kindle for the commute then haha

Haha thought i’d save you all the disappointment. He also said we’re not close to selling anyone either. So if you were thinking “ah they’re probably working on outgoings before bringing anyone in”, you’re wrong. They’re doing feck all.

That’s a shame I quite like Ziyech.
Him and Fraser would have been an exciting transfer window.

When they say, “He is not on the agenda,” what do they mean?
What is our agenda?
Not spending money, by the looks of it.

Yo @Bl1nk , what’s up with Ziyech? Why is he snobbed by every club?

I dunno what the deal is man, either he’s rejecting a lot of clubs in the hope of securing a move to his desired club(s). Or clubs see flaws in him and are reluctant to pay the demanded fee.

I agree that he is flawed. We should look for other targets.

It’s looking very sketchy at best but looks very haphazard our transfer policy.
Hoped we had a plan in place but yet again we look like we can’t deal with the requirements of modern day game. Can’t help but feel we are gambling on Chelsea’s embargo and United problems as something to cling on to.
Few weeks left yet but feel a fiasco scramble coming up.

So it’s just on 4 weeks until we kick off at St James’s park and the only really notable thing we’ve done is lose Ramsey on a free ? Lol the state of this club.

We don’t have a transfer policy.
It’s all, let’s see what happens and if any bargains are available, we’ll go for them.

At a minimum we needed a LB, at least one CB, a winger and a Ramsey replacement and, most importantly, we needed to get our business done early.

I doubt if we will sort out more than two of these positions and that was a minimum requirement.

The club and supporters are desperate for a lift, and a marquee signing, but we aren’t going to get that either.

Yet another season thrown away because we aren’t prepared properly and are lacking anywhere near the sort of quality a club needs for a top four challenge.

Our board are an absolute shambles and a disgrace.
They are dragging us further down and this season is going to be no different.

I have good news about that. Did you listen to Arsecast on Monday? They think Iwobi can fill that role

Doesn’t get injured enough.

Phew.
That’s great news.
I thought we might have to spend some money. :grinning:

But who’s going to fill Iwobi’s role?
No rude jokes please.
