Arsenal transfers 25/26

Ballard and Osei-Tutu’s exits are excellent news. No longer will I have to try in vain to shift them out of the club on career mode on FIFA.

Madman Mikel actually wants Martinez at left-back.

Big man wants to be a trendsetter himself. 4 CBs at the back, probably stole it from Pep’s brainstorming book.

Think we will be OK

Obviously we haven’t spent it yet and it would probably behove me to wait until we actually spend this money before commenting. But I did feel that the mass exodus of the last year really pointed towards us having an expensive window.

Which is no new thing for Arsenal we’ve had loads of these lately trying to dig ourselves out of this shallow grave but what is exciting is the profile of players we seem to be spending the money on.

Now nothing is guaranteed in football but objectively you have to say this is good work from the club whether it works out in the end or not.

Our highest paid players over the last 2-3 years were Laca, Auba and Ozil at a combined £45-50m per year. We’ve gotten rid of those 3 and gotten rid of some other highly paid shitters like Kolasinac, Mustafi, Willian with Bellerin, Pepe, Leno and Torreira all likely to leave this summer too.

We’ve actually bought ourselves considerable wiggle room with regards to wages going forward l

We made some short term sacrifices in terms of paying players out but it’ll help us on the long run if people are prepared to see the bigger picture.

A big summer was always on the cards.

Is Ornstein taking bookings for these interviews? Haven’t seen him this active in ages.

Bit of pocket money for his holiday.

Didn’t know he was a Bournemouth alumni. Literally the only one I’ve ever heard of. Now I feel like less of a sack of shit, cheers David :ozil:

I don’t know how I didn’t vote in this poll! I would have gone for £150-£200m. That’s looking very realistic right now…

Spurs comfortably the best attack in that poll, Kane and Son are just that good.

Nahh done with cunty pre-madonnas. And average at that.

I would definitely take Rabiot. Think he’s better than Tielemans.

He’s absolute dog piss and one of the most pointless midfielders I’ve seen.

I reckon Juventus fans wouldn’t be able to believe their luck if someone actually signed him

Signing a player with a stinky attitude demanding high wages is a no no.
