Wild guess it’s not Burnley.
It’s counting. It has inbuilt regulations.
Its official, we miss Wenger
Speak for yourself…i dont!
Did we really go on an 8 game winless run around Christmas as champions?
I don’t remember much about that season apart from it being Ian Wright’s debut and losing to Benfica
Yep. Including that Wrexham game.
It was pretty bad that season although we did have a lot of injuries to key players.
It’s a shame Emery won’t be here to see it.
I’m sure he could have dragged us to that record.
Winless in 6 in the EPL and 8 in all competitions is an absolute farce for a club of our size.
I hope we’re not destined for a ‘94/‘95 league season
- Arsenal have won none of their past 40 away Premier League matches when losing at half-time (D10 L30) since a 5-3 win at Chelsea in October 2011.
Another amazing stat regarding away form, the sort of stat you’d maybe expect from a yo-yo club spending most of its premier league time treading water at best or fighting relegation battles.
I think it’s a very big ask to come back from behind and win a game away from home when you’re losing at HT, Robin.
I’m somewhat unsurprised by that stat.
When I think of the times Manchester United (away at man city 2 seasons ago),Liverpool (away at Villa this season) and Leicester (away at West Brom in 2015) have done it, it also surprises me that we haven’t done it in so long.
(And there you have it. I’ve contradicted myself lol)
I think given a sample size of 40 games, yeah Arsenal should be scoring the 2+ second half goals required to turn around at least 1 game in that time
It’s frankly awful from Arsenal and I’d fully expect our rivals to have much better numbers than that
No Premier League team with fewer than 21 points after 14 games (Arsenal have 19) has finished in the top four.
No team outside of the top 4 has 21 points or more as of today. Pool, City, Leicester and Chelsea it is then, settled.
.
Spuds under Mourinhio are not out of it now.
