I can’t say I like this top at all, like @sevchenko said I don’t like the collars, looks like that old nike kit. Plus I don’t like the lighter red, big fan of the current darker red we have.

Got mine today, ordered both the large and Medium. Because I like that “authentic” tight/slim fitting jerseys, unfortunately they don’t have the “authentic” ones in the retro addition and so had to get both see which has a better fit unfortunately the large is slightly loose fighting whilst the medium is small, really big gap in sizes. Ah well the jerseys look much better in real life, love the red and the old crest.

Adidas are geniuses. Know Arsenal fans don’t want to be associated with this pile of shit so releasing legit retro stuff. I would absolutely give the club my money for that.

I did refer to our kit as the shirt of shame to my wife the other day. I was putting it on to go running. Luckily I ran on the treadmill and nobody had the chance to mock me. Except the cat who sat and watched me run. She always judges me.

I’m not happy with the club but Adidas sales will dictate what sort of deal we can get when the 3 year one runs out in 2022. That deal may make or break our attempts to buy our way back to the top 4.

Hope we manage to stay with adidas. Their stuff has been another level from Puma or Nike. Hopefully we don’t lock ourselves into anything super long term.

Just picked up last season’s home shirt from the Adidas site, they’ve got an end of season extra 20% off, so it was only about 33 quid in the end. They’ve still got them left in mens medium which is fairly rare for popular sales items. Thought it worth a heads up for any fellow collectors, as it’ll only be a few years before the price starts creeping up again and you’re paying 60-70 quid again.

Yeah it’s an absolute beauty. I didn’t want to pay full price for it but waited too long for any mediums to be available in the sales towards the end of last season, but out of nowhere today I see Adidas have some back in stock. Feel pretty lucky as its deffo one I wanted in my collection.
