Alexandre Lacazette

Under Wenger Laca had 14 Goals and 10 assists his first year and was injured for a significant period. Arteta just takes players and turns them to shit, as opposed to Arsene who elevated these shitters.

14 goals and 4 assists in 32 PL games. Shit no matter how anybody tries to spin this scrub.

Lacazette was already bad though, as Arsene realised from the start.

Never let him finish a full 90. Realised before we did the legend

His link up is good. It was good today as well. He set up Saka twice in the first half. He should have finished his chance today though.
He isnā€™t even in the same breath as Giroud though. Giroud has genuinely elite link up. Itā€™s his best quality and why he has had such a career.

10 assists was the next year under Emery you are right. In all comps tho under AW he has 17 goals that first season. Woulda got to 20 easily without the injury.

Iā€™m trying to work out if a nickname around his lack of urgency and quality could work. So far Iā€™ve only got ā€œLackOfZestā€

How about, ā€˜fat fuckā€™

Itā€™s a bit on the nose. Plus Iā€™ve put on quite a few over lockdown so Iā€™ve no room to complain.

With due respect Eled why did you name me on this mate?

Because you are the one that would agree with me most.

You more than anyone have been concerned about our lack of goals from midfield and I think this may have some part to play.

How can one start Lacazette without a proper ST on the team sheet?

Thatā€™s a sackable offence.

Lacazette being some master in the art of hold up and link up play is one of the biggest myths in Arsenal football.

Also itā€™s not even a hard part of the game, as Auba showed just stand up and toe poke it on to a runner.

Absolutely no reason Auba shouldnā€™t be starting every game at CF over this fat French fraud.

Such a strange finish. There was no need to open his body up to that extent. The goalkeeper sat himself down and he could have just dinked it like Pepe.

His finishing is atrocious. I mean the man is clear through on goal and still looks like a slug.

You could say that about all the team
Saka should have put us 1 up

Knew he was going to miss as soon as the entire pitch opened up.

That loser energy was exuding from him like the fucking warning beacons of Gondor. He felt under pressure from the defender who he thought would catch up with him, so didnā€™t create a proper angle and then absolutely fucked the finish.

Garbage.

The entire fucking goal he had, if that miss comes back to haunt us because of his arrogance Iā€™ll never forgive the cunt

Saka is 19 and a winger, Lacazette is 29, a striker and has been playing at the top level the past decade.
No excuses.

And your point being ?
One player shouldnā€™t be made a scapegoat
The harsh reality is
Lacazette, et al arenā€™t good enough.
Plain and simple .
There is no cohesion, no desire, no winning mentality .
We are a washed out has been of a club , a money making machine for the board .
A stadium that doesnā€™t deserve The Arsenalā€™s name associated with it .
As Iā€™ve said before
RIP Arsenal FC.

This happened the day the know nothing fanatics chased Arsene out of the club and thought the next day weā€™d turn into Abromovichā€™s Chelsea, or Shiekā€™s City, headassā€¦
