Alexandre Lacazette

Will force Mr USB to play Aubameyang central so good.

Yeah that’s the only benefit to this

Not handy news at all, only positive is Aubameyang playing in his preferred position.

He only scores about 5 goals a season

No miss at all. Average piece of crap

We should be okay without Giroud’s statistical output for the next few games.

Silver lining is we get to see Auba play in his actual position.

What positives can we derive from this news?

Is it Auba playing in his preferred position?

This won’t be a popular opinion, but the upside is that we won’t be seeing Aubameyang playing out wide.

Its shit he’s out but I’m quite excited to see if any of the young players can make their mark

I really hope we had no intention of playing Auba in those fixtures anyway.

Is it just me or has he been playing with nagging injuries for the better part of the last eight months? I worry that he hasn’t really been healthy since the middle of last season.

I thought release clauses only existed in Spain

They can exist anywhere I just think they’re mandatory in Spanish league

Not having a release clause seems the norm, so I don’t think it’s noteworthy.

The RC is also way too cheap.

He’s responding to reports/quotes that say Lacazette has a release clause. So I’d say that clearly makes his correction noteworthy, because of the context.
