Its so infuriating seeing the likes of liverpool getting rid of players that dont even have 1st team football for £20m and here we sit with ours being pushed out the door for peanuts…and the peanuts they offer they try to barter on it our club is desperately poor in how they do things.

So his profile is that of Partey going by numbers and play style. A perfect understudy to have in the team. Nice forward thinking from Edu/stat ladz.

I presume this doesn’t mean he’ll be our only CM signing this summer.

Don’t mind the signing as long as it’s to be a 3rd or 4th choice CM to begin with, massive risk if we’re expecting the kid to be a bonadfide starter.

I’m very concerned that he’s the Partey partner and not a rotation option.

Maybe he can do it. I’d much rather see him than Elneny or Xhaka but we’ll see.

Are we? I thought Big Brain sees Auoar and Maddison as 10s or 8/10s. I think Lokonga is our Xhaka replacement.
