Aaron Ramsdale

It’s poor keeping, simple as that.

I’m sure Rammy will know that and be pissed off about it.

Yep. When I was rewatching the goals after the game it was obvious Xhaka was the one who was tracking Maddison but at one point he just gave up, Idk maybe he got tired… and that’s why Maddison got all that space he shouldn’t have.

The finish was top quality also, very hard to keep that out, you can talk about being through his legs all you want but it’s a brilliant strike.

Wonder how he made it a surprise by making her walk into a room that says marry me?

congrats.
hope the marriage makes him more matured, on and off the field.

If he went down like that on Saturday he saves Maddison shot.

At least put some smart trousers and shoes on geezer.

Looks like you’re going to a 14 year olds bowling party not proposing

I will never understand the need for people to share such private moments with the world.

Idk I proposed after a half marathon. Def didn’t smell ideal.

I find these photos of the proposal moment so cringeworthy. Its not organic asking a third party to stand on the side to grab a photo while you propose lol. Who are you doing it for, yourself and your partner or the socials?

Absolutely. It’s so forced and made up, just the opposite of what it should be. And why the hell does every moment in their lives have to be photographed and documented.

Where’s your sense of romance?

My sister took some candid photos of me proposing and they’re really special for us. I look awful having just run 13 miles but the smile on my wife’s face is priceless.

Candid is the keyword there my friend. I don’t think anyone has any problem with candid photos, in fact, those are the best. But staging a photoshoot while you are proposing, that’s just beyond my comprehension.

Having pictures to put on socials = romance

Exactly.

He was born in 1998 so his live has been all about social media like other people born in the late 90’s early 00’s

I can understand it.

Tbf it would nave been pretty poor on a podcast.

@Stroller was it you that said he talks a lot?

Definitely came off that way in doc. Obviously we were catching a glimpse of what was actually happening but his nagging after games we conceded got a bit tiresome in the end. It also felt like he was always angry at others and never himself. Pretty positive a couple of goals we conceded last season he himself could have done better.

Proper goalkeeper behaviour this.

Yep this was very tedious. Far beyond just a winners mentality.

I didn’t give too much importance to him looking a bit irate and shaken during games as you never really know what’s going on in people’s heads, but it looks pretty clear that when things aren’t going right for him it’s all he’s thinking about which I now find worrying.

I don’t think you can just coach someone to be more chill.
