He’s absolutely right but that doesn’t make the fact we lost 6 games in the last 11/12 fixtures any easier a pill to swallow.
Ultimately circumstances throughout the season change rapidly and we were the beneficiaries of awful form and two sacked managers with regards to our closest rivals.
