It is because of clubs like City that market is so inflated that clubs like Arsenal are unable to do better with their resources.
Looking at the summers of 2015 and 2017 you really canāt deny Arsenal is sitting on their money. Obviously we donāt have that kind of spending power. Arsenal however donāt fully exploit the money available to them.
