Every player should have leadership qualities, getting an armband to go with it doesn’t mean much. Our captain played 1 game all last season.
That’s just not realistic though. That’s not how football or the wider world works

We have some leaders like Mustafi, Xhaka, Alexis for example, would’ve played a bigger role than Per, our captain throughout the season. Captain is just another player, with an armband.
