Is he so fast that he can split himself in two? We should play him as main and second striker at the same time

seriously the last 10 days I saw many posts about how good was Benayoun for us but for me he was the second worst signing last window. He came as Nasri's replacement for last season and he became our 3rd choice CAM and 4th or 5th choice winger.Even the unexperienced Ramsey that came back from career ending injury was better.

Anyway stop saying Dembele and Dempsey will be good for Tottenham because they have PL experience because that's bullshit.Wait till you see them, just remember Torres,Adams,Downing,Carroll etc..As for Lloris he will be very lucky to have a good season.Even Casillas will find it hard to play in the PL.Most keepers need to settle first in the PL in order to perform.

I think we are short a DM and a striker definately.
Disappointed Chamakh didnt go as we will at some point this season have to rely on him to come on and rescue us in a game which scares me!

In the DM position, we have Coquelin who will be a fantastic player for us, Arteta who can sit and play deep and also Frimpong who I dont think will make it here. Its enough players but I wanted a world class or european class DM to come and make this position their own considering the money we have.
Also a striker, we have the money so why havent we made a bid at least in trying to improve the squad.

we tried signing essien from chelsea but the motherfuckers gave him to Real Madrid.I hope Essien plays against them in the Champions League and kick them out from the tournament.

According to John Cross I believe it was actually Chelsea offered him to us and we said no. So we weren't actively pursuing any deals in from what I can see.

Our team looks good but it could have been so much better if we had signed a centre back (who could also play at left and right back) because Djorou and Squallaci aren't good enough. We haven't got a proper defensive midfielder in our team apart from Coq and Frimpong, they are both decent young players but they haven't got much experience yet and frimpong is injured. We needed a striker, like sturridge or someone like that because all we have at the moment is 2 unproven premiership players, Giroud and Pod, and also Chamakh, and he isn't exactly that good.

So basically we should have signed a defender that can play anywhere at the back, we needed a defensive midfielder and also a striker. I would have also been pleased if we had got benayoun as well but he joined West Ham on loan I love Benayoun so much and I miss him already <3 West Ham don't know how lucky they are to have him.

We will be fighting it out with Chelsea and Spurs for 4th place and we will be lucky to finish in the champions league this season, I'm normally positive but I'm not this season

Our squad is worse, we sold our two best players and didn't replace them.

I dont care though as I will still support the lads every week and every match.

We have 3 good goalies imo.

    2 good rb's

3 good cb and 1 decent one.

    2 good lb's

A decent midfeild and a decent strikeforce.

Should be enough to get 4th which is the highest we are aiming for

    Midfield 8.5
If Jack returned to his levels we would have one of the best midfield in the league with him,Cazorla,Arteta,Chambo and Rosicky.
    Attack 7
We're surely weaker than last year, but i think Podolski and Giroud will do well once they settle in well.
Hope you are right about defence.

over the last few years i have noticed that our defensive frailties are only exposed when our midfield defend the 25 - 30 - 35 yard line and leave too big a gap between defence and midfield.
if we can narrow the gap between defence and midfield i think our defence will be a lot stronger.
I haven't had chance to see it this year but i hope that is what bouldy brings to the table. defence and midfield closer together when we are under the cosh.
stop this trying to create a scoring chance from our 6 yard box. looks great when it comes off but only happens once or twice a season and realy fkks us when it doesn't works.
I'm beginning to sound like i know what i'm talking about.

Can we not dwell on what we lack and discuss how Wenger might use the available resources?

Do you think Santos can be played as a winger sometime this season?

i think he'd do a great job on the left wing. not quick enough in my opinion for left back, but his skill, trickery and experience would only add to our attacking options.

Didn't you see him at us last year, and also all his years at West Ham and Liverpool. He's a great little player and he was very useful for us last season

we have signed him as Nasri's short term replacement but Rosicky and Ramsey made him a 3rd choice CAM.You people like criticizing Ramsey,Chamakh,Diaby and Djourou and you like Benayoun? What the actual fuck?Benayoun is not the player that he was 3-5 years ago.
