Add to that they have Zlatan's old buddy Maxwell, Lavezzi who can be phenomenal when he wants, Pastore and Sissoko and I'm sure they're not finished shopping..

Will we have a new french giant in club football? The first french team in 10 years that can actually challenge for the title? (And Monaco was actually... from Monaco anyway lol)

Zlatan by the way is now the first player in history to be sold for a total of over €200m throughout his career. He has won the Dutch, the Spanish and the Italian league (he has won the league 9 times in his career), and I assume he will be looking to add a french league trophy to his personal cabinet as well now, and IIRC be the first to win 4 of Europes major leagues? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, I for one think it will be good during the circumstances (of rich people buying clubs anywhere and everywhere) to maybe get a french european top club that can actually aim to win the CL.

I'm from Sweden and I frequent Swedish news sites who write more about Zlatan than they do about sex, travel and food, but they're actually very often very reliable.

I quickly googled it, there are quotes from Berlusconi himself saying he sold them on for example Sky Sports, Eurosport and a few other sites.

No idea Sol, but surely with a French super club thrown in the mix, Arsenal's influence on young french talents can only get smaller?

With all these 'sugar daddy' clubs emerging, can anyone really see financial fair play rules ever coming into play? There would be so many teams with an awful lot of say (and money) that wouldn't be able to comply with the rules.
