  1. Deadline Madness

Last year on the final day of the transfer window it was complete madness for Arsenal fans. With so much having been left to the last minute it came down to the final day of business for Arsenal ]to make some sorely needed additions which meant looking on with actual interest as Sky Sports News reported on the dealings of the day as though it were the last day of civilisation.

"Oh. My. God. We're just hearing.... yes, we're just hearing that Stephen Hunt is NOT moving to Everton. ...

  2. Something has to change and soon!

I haven’t used my blog for ages. So instead of writing a forum post about this which would end up getting lost in all the other similar threads about the state of the club I thought I would use this method instead.

Ok, lets get one thing straight, I have supported Arsenal since I was a little lad, my Dad supported Arsenal all his life and when I attended the 79 cup final with him I was a Gunner for life.

I have to say I'm very much on the latter side of that spectrum. The ...
  4. Stoke City Vs Arsenal: Gunners Go Back In Time To Face Pulis' Cavemen

So, the new season is well and truly underway. Our opening game against Sunderland last week was something of an underwhelming affair, ending as it did 0-0. Nonetheless I thought there were encouraging signs from the team with a bit more time to gel I think our lads could be quite a formidable challenge for any Premier League side this season. However, we are all undoubtedly aware that being competitive at the very top of the table requires a decent start to the season and there is I suppose ...
  5. Robin Van Persie Leaves Arsenal

Hello and welcome, do mind the rubble won't you? As you can see from a quick look around the Arsenal internet-sphere it's all gone a bit nuclear following the news that Arsenal have agreed to sell Robin Van Persie to Manchester United. You can't swing a cat in here without hitting a hissy fit, a wail of despair, the sound of shrieking or the sight of arm-waving. If you've not taken a look at twitter yet, I strongly suggest you don't for the sake of your will to live.

    In spite of ...
